Management Philosophy

To create an enjoyable and challenging workplace environment where enployees can work together and grow as individuals.
To create a company, which is loved, trusted, and supported by it’s customers.
To contribute to society by being active and responsible as members of our community.
Contribute to the prosperity of society and the progress of humanity through our business.
Be a company that rewards those who deliver and contribute.

Three Essential Rules for Work

  1. Take action immediately. If it can’t be done right away, add it to a To-Do list to make sure it gets done later.
  2. Consider things from the other person’s or the customer’s perspective.
  3. Don’t give up easily. Think about how it can be done.

30 Articles of Conduct Guidelines

  1. Everything is up to you. Nothing will change if you wait for things to change.
  2. Don’t blame bad luck, accept luck as your ability and try your best.
  3. Don't give up before you start and let opportunities pass you by.
  4. Take action immediately. Nothing is more precious than time.
  5. Don’t think negatively, think and develop through positivity.
  6. Take the initiative and do things yourself, don’t wait for someone to do it for you.
  7. Don’t make excuses for why you can’t do something, think about how you can do it.
  8. If you want to make your point, fulfill your responsibilities and produce results.
  9. Make flexible and balanced judgments.
  10. Take on challenges without fear of failure. If you fail, share it and turn into know-how.
  11. Don’t shift the blame onto others, don’t blame others unnecessarily, and don’t talk behind other peoples’ backs.
  12. Scold those who are negligent without fear of being disliked for the sake of those who are making earnest efforts.
  13. Don’t just make complaints, present counterproposals.
  14. Act fairly and honestly, not in a cowardly manner.
  15. Draw a clear line between work and private life.
  16. Don’t just do what you’re asked, go above and beyond.
  17. Have the courage to delegate rather than do everything by yourself.
  18. Don't narrow your options by thinking only of risks.
  19. Don’t scold anyone out of anger, but scold objectively and don’t drag it out afterwards.
  20. Recognize the fear of ignorance and try to acquire knowledge and information.
  21. Speak in your own words, rather than hide behind the words of others.
  22. Express your opinion about what you think is not good, even if it is your supervisor’s or not your responsibility.
  23. Keep what is decided and don’t cause trouble for others.
  24. Focus on quality and speed, and always keep improving.
  25. Don't think of company money as other people's money, but as your own.
  26. Make personnel decisions objectively based on results, not for the sake of being appreciated or gaining popularity.
  27. Think from the customer's point of view, not only from the seller's point of view.
  28. Be courteous not only to customers but also to suppliers.
  29. Always be organized to improve efficiency.
  30. Don’t disregard communication, and talk openly and frankly face to face.
