- Don’t give up easily. Think about how it can be done.
30 Articles of Conduct Guidelines
- Everything is up to you. Nothing will change if you wait for things to change.

- Don't give up before you start and let opportunities pass you by.
- Take action immediately. Nothing is more precious than time.
- Don’t think negatively, think and develop through positivity.
- Take the initiative and do things yourself, don’t wait for someone to do it for you.

- If you want to make your point, fulfill your responsibilities and produce results.
- Make flexible and balanced judgments.
- Take on challenges without fear of failure. If you fail, share it and turn into know-how.
- Don’t shift the blame onto others, don’t blame others unnecessarily, and don’t talk behind other peoples’ backs.
- Scold those who are negligent without fear of being disliked for the sake of those who are making earnest efforts.
- Don’t just make complaints, present counterproposals.
- Act fairly and honestly, not in a cowardly manner.
- Draw a clear line between work and private life.
- Don’t just do what you’re asked, go above and beyond.
- Have the courage to delegate rather than do everything by yourself.
- Don't narrow your options by thinking only of risks.
- Don’t scold anyone out of anger, but scold objectively and don’t drag it out afterwards.
- Recognize the fear of ignorance and try to acquire knowledge and information.
- Speak in your own words, rather than hide behind the words of others.
- Express your opinion about what you think is not good, even if it is your supervisor’s or not your responsibility.
- Keep what is decided and don’t cause trouble for others.
- Focus on quality and speed, and always keep improving.
- Don't think of company money as other people's money, but as your own.
- Make personnel decisions objectively based on results, not for the sake of being appreciated or gaining popularity.
- Think from the customer's point of view, not only from the seller's point of view.
- Be courteous not only to customers but also to suppliers.
